Joe joined Annex Wealth Management as an investment advisor in 2005. Joe is also the Manager of Financial Services at Cyganiak Planning, Inc., where he has been for the past 17 years. Joe began his career in financial services with Dean Witter Reynolds in 1981 and also spent four years at Robert W. Baird.
Joe is married and has three daughters and 3 grandchildren. Community service is important to Joe. He is the Vice President of USO of Wisconsin, Inc. Joe has also served as President of the Italian Community Center, President of the Fillippo Mazzei Lodge of Sons of Italy in America, and Executive Director of Festa Italiana.
